Cleaning tiled floors by hand is messy, uncomfortable and honestly impossible to achieve the deep-clean results that come with professional tile and grout cleaning. Regular mopping and household cleaning methods can’t reach the hidden dirt that lies deep inside the pores of your grout lines. Grout is a porous material that collects dirt, grime and old spills, discoloring and dulling the surface. Our professional grout and tile cleaning service restores the shine and luster to your floors, making them look brand new.
Our trained technicians begin by inspecting your floor to determine the best treatment process and the proper cleaning agent. Next, our state-of-the-art tile steam cleaners yield a high-pressure water and vacuum combination that extracts dirt from deep within the tile and the pores of your grout. Our unique tile and grout cleaning is highly effective and also safe and gentle on your floors. It can also help extend the lifespan of the floors by removing debris that weakens the tiles.
After constant exposure to dirt, food and debris, ceramic floor tile can become stained over time so muriatic, acetic, or sulfamic acid is often recommended to remove difficult stains. It is also sometimes necessary to successfully clean a new installation if the grout cleaning was not done in a timely fashion or to remove soap buildup on certain types of tile.
You can get huge improvements in the appearance of your tile and grout through this process but it is a complex and tedious process. Caution must also be exercised when using acid, or acid-based cleaners, because they can adversely affect the grout and surrounding materials as well as the person attempting to use it if not done properly. Let us deal with this heavy duty chemical cleaning process for a safe application and clean up.

On top of restoring your previous, damaged grout, we also apply the appropriate seals to the tile, whether it be granite, marble, travertine or any other material. Grout naturally absorbs soil, oils, grease, and mopping cleaners, which leads to the ugly, discoloration. Sealer does not make grout stain proof, but it does create a protective barrier that gives you more time to clean up dirt and liquid spills before they soak into the grout. The type of sealant you choose will determine the degree of stain resistance. The sealant can either be clear or colored to your choice!
The best time to have your grout sealed is after one of our professional services or if your tiled area is brand new. Over time, harsh cleaners can destroy the sealant making it necessary to periodically re-apply. After new sealant is applied, it only needs 30 minutes to dry before you can start walking on the floor again. You only need to avoid getting it wet for 24 hours so the sealant can cure completely.
